臼杵のお城下、仁王座歴史の道から路地に入ると目に飛び込む、静かな佇まい。江戸時代末期の米蔵を改装した和風の空間で、2代目大将の”腕に覚えあり！”な逸品が愉しめる。お寿司や天ぷらのほか、一品や地酒も揃う。ふぐは秋から春にかけて、夏はハモがそれぞれいただける。店舗隣は大将のご両親が営む「酒房千扇」。こちらにも立ち寄りたい。
