オーナーは関東でイタリアンパティシエの腕を磨き、自らのカフェを持つ望みを叶えるべく臼杵に帰郷、文化財の屋敷の中に”蔵カフェ”を開いた。店名はオーナーの愛犬の名前。オススメは「ローストビーフとローストポークの二色丼」。玄米ごはんに乗る豊後牛を違うソースでいただける。他に牛すじ肉と野菜を5日間煮込んだカレーやスイーツも◎。
