佐伯セントラルホテルの1階にあるお食事処。やはりホテルとあってお料理は逸品が揃う。料理人の腕がよく、食材にはこだわりありと評判。特筆すべきは海鮮丼。新鮮な食材の贅沢なまでの盛り付けにまず驚くが、しっかりした歯応えと甘味ある魚に舌鼓を打つこと間違いなし！土曜日もランチタイムあり。ぜひチェックしておきたい。
