臼杵の名物といえば何と言ってもふぐ。市の中心部、路地裏の一角の赤提灯のお店で、そんなふぐを気軽に頂ける。メニューは他に活魚料理やお寿司、天ぷらなど。優しくも上品な味わいが印象的な料理は食べる者の心を掴んで離さないはず。ランチは日替わり(800円)と丼(600円)のみだが、こちらも美味。隠れ家的居酒屋でのランチも悪くない。
