「田舎御膳」と称した昔懐かしい味を堪能できるお店。甘味茶屋と冠しているが、元々饅頭を作っていた甘味処だったとの事。臼杵はふぐが名高いが、アジのお寿司もしかり、お店ではランチ(田舎寿司御膳)としていただける。とり天やだんご汁といった大分の郷土料理も御膳メニューにあり、いずれも人気。どの御膳もボリューム◎、満腹間違いなし。
